**Job Description**

**AECOM is seeking a Program Controls Senior Manager for a critical leadership role within our organization.**

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Oversee and direct Program Controls for large-scale, strategically significant, and highly complex programs.

+ Provide authoritative senior-level guidance for program controls activities, ensuring strict adherence to strategic objectives established by executive leadership.

+ Spearhead coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, guaranteeing seamless integration and unwavering alignment with overarching program goals.

+ Conduct thorough analyses to identify and address critical interdependencies between projects.

+ Deliver expert counsel and rigorous oversight to project controls teams, ensuring meticulous management of individual project elements.

+ Orchestrate precise and effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, delivering comprehensive and actionable intelligence.

+ Implement and maintain stringent control measures to safeguard program integrity and ensure optimal resource allocation.

+ Develop and enforce standardized processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness across all project phases.

+ Conduct regular, in-depth program performance assessments and risk analyses, providing strategic recommendations for course corrections when necessary.

+ Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence within the program controls team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.

+ Orchestrate clear, concise, and authoritative communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, delivering insightful and actionable updates.

Ability to present to multiple stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering, or Business +8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

+ Strong experience with Project Management Information System (PMIS)

+ Experience with large transportation, water, and aviation infrastructure

+ Experience in integration of controls - scope, cost, schedule, risk reporting

**Additional Information**

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Masters degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.

+ Experience in PowerBI report tailoring for program specific needs.
