Job description

Somos una compañía líder multinacional en BTO (Business Transformation Outsourcing) y Contact Center.

Nos caracterizamos por ser una sola compañía global que potencia la diversidad y el trabajo colaborativo.

Objetivo del puesto:

Brindar soporte al área de Finanzas en la gestión y análisis de datos financieros, colaborando en el control presupuestal, elaboración de reportes y actividades administrativas que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la empresa.

Funciones:

  • Descargar los movimientos diarios de bancos.

  • Reconocer los ingresos por parte de clientes, identificar las facturas en las que se aplicará.

    (nota de crédito, nota de débito, facturas, penalidades, etc.).

  • Identificar el cobro de detracciones.

  • Registrar diariamente los cobros y detracciones identificados en el reporte de caja.

  • Mandar correos a los clientes con recordatorios de cobros.

  • Compensar los ingresos en SAP.

  • Compensar los BCR en SAP.

  • Compensaciones varias que afecten las cuentas de ingresos bancos.

  • Gestionar factoring clientes.

  • Brindar soporte en la documentación requeridas por auditoria.

Requisitos:

Estudios requeridos:

  • Egresado de las carreras universitarias de Contabilidad, Finanzas, Economía ó Ingeniería Industrial.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en prácticas pre-profesionales en áreas financieras.

Conocimientos:

  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas de análisis financiero y Excel a nivel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficos, fórmulas financieras).

    (Indispensable).

  • Deseable conocimiento de software ERP o de gestión financiera.

  • Conocimiento en SAP (Nivel usuario).

Disponibilidad:

  • Tiempo completo (Convenio de Prácticas Profesionales de 48 horas semanales): De lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 5:30 p.m.
  • Gestión 100% presencial: Distrito: Ate.
