Job description

En Consultora de Asesoría Empresarial JB, actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un PRACTICANTE DE RECURSOS HUMANOS (SIN EXPERIENCIA) para el área de Gestión del Talento y Desarrollo Organizacional.

Requisitos:

Formación: Estudiante técnico y universitario (del 5to ciclo al 8vo ciclo) en las carreras de Psicología, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión de Recursos Humanos y Administración de Empresas.

De preferencia estar matriculado en turno noche.

Manejo y dominio en Microsoft Excel, Word y Canva (Básico).

Habilidad para manejar diferentes herramientas digitales.

Contar con herramienta tecnológico para el trabajo remoto.

Funciones:

  1. Brindar soporte en la digitalización de documentos para mantener actualizada la gestión de Recursos Humanos.

  2. Asegurar la confidencialidad de la información archivada, cumpliendo con la normativa de protección de datos personales.

  3. Llevar el control, supervisión y monitoreo constante de asistencia, visitas a las salas virtuales, interacción con cada equipo de trabajo garantizando el bienestar y el clima laboral.

  4. Participar en los procesos de selección (inicial y final) e incorporación del personal.

  5. Brindar soporte en la actividad de inducción a nuevo personal y participar en el proceso de capacitación dirigido a los integrantes.

  6. Apoyar en la elaboración de convenios, contratos, renovaciones del personal y control y actualización de la base de datos del personal.

  7. Dar seguimiento a las solicitudes internas del equipo sea constancias, firmas, convenios, carta de respuesta, etc.

  8. Realizar la proyección de actividades formativas y desarrollo personal para los colaboradores de la compañía.

  9. Realizar estudio de comportamiento organizacional y proponer acciones de mejora para el desempeño y bienestar de los integrantes de la Consultora.

  • Horario Laboral: De Lunes a viernes (30 horas semanales)
