Senior Consultant – Talent & Organizational Strategy
who can combine
strategic vision, consulting expertise, and flawless execution

Role Purpose
In this role, you will act as an
architect of organizational talent solutions
, ensuring that ideas don't stay on paper, but are implemented with
rigor, impact, and consulting excellence
.
You will transform complex business challenges into innovative frameworks, learning strategies, and cultural models that create measurable results.
What you will do
- Lead
end-to-end projects
in the talent verticals: Learning, Culture, Performance, Corporate Universities, Skills Development, and People Analytics.
- Design and validate
frameworks, models, and methodologies
aligned to business strategy.
- Coordinate
diagnostic activities
: interviews, focus groups, benchmarks, data analysis.
- Manage
timelines, deliverables, and project budgets
, ensuring quality at every step.
- Act as the
main point of contact with clients
, building clarity, trust, and strategic alignment.
- Guide and develop junior/mid-level consultants in execution.
- Review and guarantee the
technical depth and narrative quality
of deliverables.
- Anticipate project risks and propose
effective, innovative solutions
.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years
leading talent/organizational development projects in consulting or corporate environments.
- Strong background in
designing talent models/methodologies
applied to business.
- Proven experience in
project management
with solid client-facing skills.
- Degree in
Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Industrial Engineering
, or related fields.
- Ability to move seamlessly between
technical depth
and
strategic business vision
.
- Advanced
English proficiency
(written & spoken).
