Position overview
The Operations Analyst is responsible for escalations, derivatives, solving complex cases, and supporting operations team leaders and customer service representatives in various activities of the operation.
This will also provide customer service for mortgage guarantees services, the Home Buyer's program through inbound calls to customers, providing excellent customer service, and meeting the needs of research on home warranty.
Key responsibilities:
In addition to daily responsibilities related to phone support, the Operations Analyst will provide extra support to Operations Team Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
It will also be responsible for assisting with Call Specialist doubts in special cases, procedures, and high-level decisions to implement the policies and procedures established by the account to retain and motivate customers to stay with their home warranty services.
