We are looking for a final-year student who can support our Operations Department in daily activities, gaining hands-on experience in audit cycle management, scheduling, and operational processes.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to understand the audit cycle from an operational perspective, supporting coordinators and schedulers while developing key professional skills.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:
· Assist in the preparation, scheduling, and follow-up of audit cycles, supporting Audit Coordinators and Schedulers.
· Support in updating and organizing audit documentation in the ALGI Suite (e.g., Audit Plans, SAQs, Reports).
· Enter data into internal platforms accurately and manage documentation, ensuring information is complete, consistent, and in line with operation requirements.
· Help monitor auditor availability, logistics, and scheduling tasks, always under supervision.
· Collaborate in collecting and consolidating operational data to support reporting and analysis.
· Communicate timely with ALGI staff, auditors, or clients to request and provide necessary information.
· Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with ALGI policies and scheme/CoC requirements.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the operational goals of the department.
