RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Realizar el diagnóstico in-situ de la casuística de la solicitud de soporte.
  • Dar soporte funcional a las aplicaciones definidas por REPSOL como servicios básicos.
  • Registrar solicitudes, realizar el diagnóstico y resolver cuando proceda solicitudes de soporte reportadas in-situ.
  • Realizar pruebas in-situ para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los elementos afectados, el despliegue de nuevas funcionalidades o cambios en infraestructuras solicitados por grupos especializados.
  • Cerciorarse de la conformidad del usuario con la solución aportada.
  • Documentar detalladamente la solución aplicada en la resolución de la solicitud de soporte.
  • Mantener documentación en base a guías de actuación sobre la resolución y tratamiento de solicitudes de soporte.
  • Realizar el mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de hardware y software.
  • Ejecutar tareas de remediación de vulnerabilidades detectadas en los equipos de usuarios.
  • Dar soporte a eventos y/o actos que requieran la utilización de cualquier elemento audiovisual o de microinformática.
  • Dar soporte a reuniones y videoconferencias.
  • Realizar la configuración y gestión de incidencias de cartelería digital.
  • Dar soporte a herramientas de colaboración (MS Teams y otros).
  • Dar soporte en elementos audiovisuales de salas de reuniones, salas de formación y auditorios.
  • Atender las tareas sencillas y procedimentadas que REPSOL requiera o que se deleguen por otros grupos especialistas.
  • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Profesional con estudios técnicos concluidos en sistemas, informática, industrial, logística o similares.
  • Conocimientos en ITIL Foundation (deseable no obligatorio)
  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (deseable)
  • Experiencia en el manejo operativo de activos, inventarios o almacenes
  • 1 año de experiencia profesional.
  • Conocimiento técnico en HW (deseable)
  • Conocimiento intermedio de EXCEL.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de TKTS (deseable)
  • Licencia de Conducir A1 (auto mecánico)
  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Lunes a sábado de 7:00 am a 8:00pm , y casos críticos guardia
