About the Role
Responsible for the sales development and channel expansion of the company's seasoning and food products in the Peru market.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with local distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Regularly collect and analyze market information, including competitor activities and industry trends, providing actionable market insights.
- Assist the headquarters and senior sales management in implementing brand promotion, new product launches, and marketing activities.
- Participate in customer visits, business negotiations, quotations, contract signing, and follow-up processes.
- Support customers with timely problem-solving to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and potential risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business, or related fields.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food or seasoning industry, with existing networks in the Peru market preferred.
- Solid understanding of the Peru sales environment with proven ability to independently develop customers and build distribution channels.
- Fluent in Spanish, with basic English communication skills.
- Strong business negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication ability.
- High sense of responsibility, strong execution skills, and willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with international brands or major local seasoning companies is highly desirable.
