La Coalición por Venezuela abre convocatoria para contratar un/a Monitor/a en Perú en el marco del proyecto Localization of migratory governance: promoting the rights and voices of refugees and migrants from Venezuela, siendo uno de los componentes fortalecer el trabajo de la CoalicionVE como una red de organizaciones no gubernamentales de venezolanos, articulando acciones de monitoreo, recolección de datos y evaluaciones constantes, articulación con aliados en representación de la organización, incidencia multinivel para la provisión de soluciones duraderas y en alianza con las comunidades de acogida, para acciones globales y regionales en siete países de América Latina y el Caribe.

Objetivo de la Consultoría

Supervisar, articular y recopilar información y datos para la implementación del proyecto en Perú, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos, promoviendo la incidencia en políticas públicas para la igualdad y derechos de las poblaciones vulnerables.

Requisitos:

  1. Residir en el País donde se realizará la Consultoría.

  2. Título universitario en Ciencias Sociales, Educación, Derechos Humanos, Trabajo Social, Psicología, Antropología o afines.

  3. Deseable: Maestría o estudios de posgrado en áreas relacionadas con migración, inclusión social, desarrollo comunitario o gestión de proyectos.

  4. Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia en facilitación de procesos formativos, talleres comunitarios o actividades de sensibilización.

  5. Deseable: Experiencia trabajando con poblaciones migrantes y refugiadas, preferiblemente en contextos latinoamericanos.

  6. Deseable: Conocimiento de los marcos normativos y políticas públicas relacionadas con migración y derechos humanos en cada país.

  7. Experiencia en la elaboración de informes técnicos y documentación de procesos.

  8. Experiencia en articulación con aliados, instituciones e incidencia

Principales responsabilidades:

  1. Revisar y contextualizar los contenidos proporcionados por la Coalición por Venezuela, asegurando su pertinencia cultural y lingüística para cada país.

  2. Conducir talleres, seminarios y encuentros, utilizando metodologías participativas y centradas en el aprendizaje activo.

  3. Organizar actividades que promuevan la integración y el entendimiento mutuo entre migrantes y comunidades de acogida.

  4. Aplicar herramientas de evaluación para medir la efectividad de las actividades y recoger insumos para la mejora continua.
