We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our team in Peru.
The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
This role will oversee medical staff performance, promote compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
The Medical Director will be instrumental in shaping clinical policies, supporting medical teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to medical staff and healthcare teams
- Develop, implement, and monitor medical policies and procedures in line with local healthcare regulations and company standards
- Ensure compliance with Peruvian health laws, accreditation requirements, and internal protocols
- Collaborate with administrative, operational, and clinical departments to optimize healthcare delivery and patient outcomes
- Lead clinical quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance patient safety and service excellence
- Oversee medical staff recruitment, training, and professional development activities
- Review and analyze clinical performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Serve as a liaison with external healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and professional organizations
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, ethical practice, and patient-centered care
Skill Requirements/Preferences
- Proven leadership skills in managing clinical teams and healthcare services
- Strong knowledge of Peruvian healthcare regulations and clinical best practice

Education Requirements
- Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Peru is mandatory
