Buscamos un/a Lead Qualification & Pipeline Builder proactivo/a y orientado/a a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo en San Isidro.

El/La candidato/a ideal es una persona resiliente y persistente, con una pasión por la investigación y la generación de leads.

Este rol es crucial para la expansión de nuestro negocio, ya que serás el/la responsable de identificar y calificar prospectos en el mercado B2B y, en última instancia, de construir la base de nuestra cartera de clientes.

Responsabilidades Clave

Generación de Leads: Investigar y calificar prospectos, extrayendo datos de navegadores web, sitios web de empresas y otros recursos de datos.

Gestión de Datos: Mantener y depurar datos dentro de los sistemas de gestión de relaciones con el cliente (CRM) y otras herramientas de datos.

Prospección Activa: Calificar leads y contactar a los prospectos para recopilar información clave.

Análisis de Métricas: Monitorear y analizar métricas de ventas para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.

Soporte Administrativo: Proporcionar apoyo administrativo al equipo de ventas, incluyendo la programación de reuniones y la preparación de informes.

Habilidades y Cualificaciones

Experiencia: 1 año de experiencia en mercados B2B o en un puesto similar (preferible).

Software: Experiencia en el uso de Salesforce o CRM's similares, así como con navegadores web para investigación.

Habilidades Analíticas: Capacidad para utilizar los datos para mejorar las estrategias de targeting y de contacto.

Proactividad y Persistencia: Enfoque proactivo con la capacidad de hacer seguimiento constante para contactar a clientes potenciales.

Comunicación: Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Atención al Detalle: Gran atención al detalle y habilidades de organización.

Condiciones de Trabajo

Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 10:00 a.m. a 8:00 p.m. hora de Perú (basado en el horario de 8 a.m. a 6 p.m. CST).

Modalidad: Presencial (On-site)

Ubicación: San Isidro, Perú

Salario: bajo planilla completa
