About the role:
We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, Google My Business listings, and SEO strategies.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including keyword research, ad performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to improving campaign results are essential.
This role requires a proactive marketer who can work independently to plan, execute, and refine digital strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Experience in digital marketing or a development agency is a plus.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI improvement
- Manage and update Google My Business (GMB) profiles to maximize local visibility and engagement
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and SEO improvements
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, ensuring websites consistently rank for target keywords
- Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights
- Develop and manage digital marketing calendars, ensuring consistent execution across channels
- Create and test ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Coordinate with leadership to refine digital strategy and support the overall growth goals of the agency
Who are we looking for?
- 4–6 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and related channels.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and ad optimization
- Experience managing and optimizing Google My Business (GMB) profiles for local SEO performance.
- Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Excellent written and oral English
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) for building and optimizing marketing funnels is a plus
- Understanding of broader digital marketing tactics, including landing page optimization and conversion tracking
- Experience in digital marketing or a development agency is a plus.
