We're hiring a Weekends Maintenance Coordinator to manage utility setups/disconnections, billing, and owner communications for our growing portfolio.
Salary: $900 – $1,100 USD (monthly)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing maintenance requests for 300+ properties via phone, text, email, and ERP portal.
- Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams.
Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.
- Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.
- Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.
- Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness.

- Highly organized self-starter; able to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments.

- Tech-savvy: proficient with Buildium, LeadSimple, Propertymeld, Google Drive, and Microsoft Access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related role
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
Physical Setting: Remote
Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).
