Formarás parte del equipo de Cabify Logistics, un team fantástico, experimentado y profesional que trabaja para posicionar la marca Cabify y sus servicios de logística de primera y última milla con energía, optimismo y pasión, en el segmento B2B.

Esta posición reporta directamente al Logistics Sales Manager.

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?

Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para el equipo de ventas (vía: recepción de inbound leads, generación outbound leads y dinamización de la cartera de los ejecutivos de venta).

  • Prospección activa: identificar y generar oportunidades comerciales a través de investigación de mercado, análisis de bases de datos, uso de LinkedIn y otras herramientas de prospección.

  • Outbound outreach: ejecutar secuencias de contacto multicanal (llamadas, correos, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, entre otros) para atraer y conectar con prospectos de valor.

  • Calificación de leads: evaluar prospectos con base en criterios definidos (industria, potencial de facturación, perfil del decisor, BANT, etc.) para garantizar un pipeline de calidad.

  • Gestión del pipeline: administrar y mantener actualizado el CRM, registrando interacciones, oportunidades y próximos pasos para asegurar un seguimiento efectivo.

  • Aprendizaje continuo: desarrollar conocimientos sobre producto, industria y técnicas de ventas con el fin de incrementar la efectividad comercial y aportar mayor valor al equipo.

Lo que estamos buscando:

  • Formación académica: Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comunicaciones o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en posiciones similares (SDR, BDR o funciones de prospección comercial).

  • Herramientas tecnológicas: Manejo indispensable de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot u otros) y conocimiento de herramientas de prospección y engagement (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Snovio, Mixmax, entre otras).

  • Competencias analíticas: Capacidad de investigación y análisis para comprender industrias, mercados y perfiles de clientes.

  • Orientación a resultados: Experiencia trabajando con métricas de actividad, conversión y generación de SQLs.
  • Habilidades personales: Buena comunicación, proactividad, rapidez de respuesta, asertividad y enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.

  • Trabajo en equipo: Capacidad para colaborar, tomar decisiones efectivas y mantener el foco en resultados compartidos.

  • Conocimientos adicionales: Excelente manejo de Microsoft Excel o Google Sheets.

  • Idiomas: Inglés a nivel preintermedio o intermedio.
