Líder de Estrategia de Talento
El Líder de práctica, se encarga de identificar oportunidades y desafíos en el sector de consultoría, así como en las industrias específicas de los clientes, para luego desarrollar, diseñar e implementar estrategias para expandir la presencia de Mercer en nuevos mercados o segmentos.

También debe tener disposición para ampliar su conocimiento y extender su exposición a futuros proyectos o abordaje comercial a clientes relacionados con nuestros Servicios de Transformación y/o talento

Identificación de Oportunidades de Negocio:

  • Investigar y analizar el mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

  • Desarrollar y mantener una base de datos de clientes potenciales.

Relación Con Clientes

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales y potenciales.

  • Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los clientes, asegurando una comunicación efectiva.

Consultoría y Asesoramiento

  • Comprender las necesidades y desafíos del cliente para ofrecer soluciones personalizadas.

  • Proporcionar asesoramiento experto sobre productos y servicios que se alineen con los objetivos del cliente.

Desarrollo De Propuestas

  • Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales y soluciones a los clientes.

  • Colaborar con equipos internos para desarrollar ofertas que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente.

Cierre De Ventas

  • Negociar términos y condiciones de contratos y acuerdos comerciales.

  • Cerrar ventas y alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos

Seguimiento y Soporte Post-Venta

  • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente después de la venta, proporcionando soporte y seguimiento.

  • Recoger feedback del cliente para mejorar productos y servicios.

Colaboración Interna

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos (Hub Consultoría, Hub Operaciones, marketing, etc) para garantizar una oferta coherente y efectiva.

  • Participar en reuniones de equipo para compartir información sobre el mercado y las tendencias.

Formación y Capacitación

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria, productos y servicios.

  • Participar en programas de formación y desarrollo profesional.

Análisis De Resultados

  • Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de ventas y la satisfacción del cliente.

  • Preparar informes sobre el progreso de las ventas y las actividades comerciales.

Cumplimiento De Normativas

  • Asegurarse de que todas las actividades comerciales cumplan con las normativas y políticas de la empresa.

Que Necesitas Tener

  • Título en Gestión, Economía, ingeniería, finanzas, administración, Recursos Humanos o equivalente.

  • Mas de 5 años de experiencia en consultoría de Recursos Humanos, Estrategia o afines.

  • Experiencia en proyectos de consultoría.

  • Excelente dominio del inglés.

  • Competencia avanzada en programas de MS Office: particularmente en Excel y Power Point, con la capacidad de manipular y presentar datos de manera precisa y eficiente.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

  • Capacidad para construir relaciones y trabajar en equipo.

  • Habilidades de negociación y cierre de ventas.
