Propósito del puesto

El Líder Comercial será responsable de diseñar, implementar y dirigir la estrategia comercial de Supefina
, asegurando la captación de nuevos clientes y el mantenimiento de las cuentas actuales en el sector de medios de pago (PSP).

Asimismo, tendrá a su cargo la gestión del área de Marketing, alineando las iniciativas de difusión y posicionamiento de marca con los objetivos comerciales de la compañía, y la administración del esquema de comisiones del equipo comercial.

Principales responsabilidades

Gestión Comercial

  • Definir la estrategia comercial a corto, mediano y largo plazo, alineada a los objetivos de negocio.

  • Liderar un equipo de 2 o más 
    Business Developers
    , supervisando el cumplimiento de metas de prospección, captación y cierre de clientes.

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio en el mercado de medios de pago y generar alianzas estratégicas con comercios, bancos y organizaciones relacionadas al mundo Fintech.

  • Asegurar la fidelización de clientes actuales mediante un servicio consultivo, atención personalizada y propuestas de valor adicionales.

  • Analizar métricas de ventas y elaborar reportes periódicos para la Gerencia General.

  • Gestionar el cálculo y validación del pago de comisiones mensuales del equipo comercial, asegurando exactitud y transparencia.

Gestión de Marketing

  • Liderar a un analista de marketing, garantizando la ejecución de campañas alineadas a las prioridades comerciales.

  • Coordinar el desarrollo de materiales de comunicación, contenidos digitales y presentaciones comerciales.

  • Impulsar el posicionamiento de la marca Supefina en el mercado local, fortaleciendo la propuesta de valor de la empresa.

  • Organizar y representar a la compañía en eventos, ferias, y actividades del sector.

Gestión de Equipo y Liderazgo

  • Desarrollar, capacitar y motivar al equipo comercial y de marketing.

  • Promover una cultura de alto rendimiento basada en resultados, colaboración y orientación al cliente.

  • Implementar herramientas de gestión comercial (CRM, reportes de pipeline, indicadores de conversión).

Perfil requerido

  • Formación académica:
     Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Economía o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia:
  • Mínimo 6–8 años de experiencia en roles comerciales en empresas de medios de pago, adquirencia, pasarelas de pago (PSP) o fintechs.

  • Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos comerciales de al menos 2 personas.

  • Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas estratégicas y en el desarrollo de nuevos negocios.

  • Competencias técnicas:

  • Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema de pagos electrónicos.

  • Manejo de herramientas de CRM y análisis de datos comerciales.

  • Dominio de estrategias de marketing digital y comunicación comercial.

  • Conocimiento en modelos de compensación variable y cálculo de comisiones comerciales.

  • Competencias personales:

  • Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.

  • Orientación a resultados y al cliente.

  • Capacidad de negociación e influencia.

  • Pensamiento estratégico y visión de negocio.
