La persona seleccionada será responsable de brindar apoyo administrativo y colaborar directamente con los clientes, garantizando la eficiencia y la confidencialidad en cada tarea.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Soporte Administrativo:
    Asistir a los abogados y al personal legal con las tareas administrativas diarias.

  • Gestión de Documentos:
    Preparar, revisar y organizar documentos legales y correspondencia.

    Mantener y actualizar los archivos de casos y registros de clientes.

  • Coordinación:
    Programar reuniones, audiencias y citas para el equipo legal.

  • Comunicación:
    Comunicarse de manera profesional con clientes, tribunales y otras entidades legales.

  • Investigación:
    Realizar investigaciones legales básicas y resumir los hallazgos para el equipo.

  • Cumplimiento:
    Asegurar la confidencialidad y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos legales en todo momento.

  • Colaboración:
    Trabajar de cerca con los equipos internos para apoyar la gestión de casos y optimizar los flujos de trabajo.

  • Experiencia:
    Experiencia previa como asistente legal o en un rol administrativo es una ventaja.
