Job description

REQUISITOS:

Técnico/Universitario en Administración, Marketing, o afines.

Experiencia en puestos similares, mayor o igual a 3 años.

Experiencia en venta de productos deportivos: calzado deportivo y textil deportivo:

Diplomado o cursos de especialización en supply chain management, estrategias de ventas, gestión comercial, etc,

Power BI nivel intermedio

Excel Nivel intermedio

Capacidad de Análisis comercial

Alta orientación al cliente.

Manejo de precios, márgenes, distribución de productos, etc.

FUNCIONES:

Planificar las ventas para lograr los objetivos establecidos.

Planificar la frecuencia de visita.

Desarrollar e implementar planes de negocio para cada cliente, alineándolos con los objetivos comerciales y de marketing de la empresa, garantizando una estrategia coherente y efectiva.

Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y rentabilidad mediante el análisis del canal mayorista; diseñando estrategias específicas adaptadas a cada segmento.

Negociar acuerdos comerciales con el fin de establecer relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes, asegurando beneficios mutuos y sostenibilidad.

Analizar tendencias de mercado, ventas, categorías y la competencia, utilizando los datos para generar estrategias comerciales.

Elaborar su plan de trabajo semanal basado en las necesidades específicas de los clientes.

Realización y presentación de KPIs.

Coordinar con la jefatura comercial los precios y márgenes de forma estratégica.

Monitorear constantemente las cuentas definidas como claves para la empresa, visitando a clientes de manera frecuente.

CONDICIONES LABORALES:

Sueldo en planilla general.

Variable trimestral: 50% del sueldo

Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Sábado.

Disponibilidad para viajes al interior del país.
