Estamos buscando un(a) Key Account Manager Ssr

Somos especialistas en representación, comercialización y distribución de marcas reconocidas de consumo masivo como Florida, Compass, Marinero, A1, Mc Colin's, Lindt, Ekaterra, Hershey's, Mentos, Pringles, Duracell, Sol del Cuzco, entre otras.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Egresado o Bachiller en Administración, Marketing y/o afines.

  • Experiencia previa de 3 años en la posición o en funciones similares.

  • Dominio de office a nivel avanzado.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial en San Isidro.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Elaborar y negociar los acuerdos comerciales con el cliente asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento y ejecución de los compromisos aceptados
  • Diseñar planes estratégicos y tácticas comerciales para las marcas a cargo, adaptadas a la necesidad de cada cliente o cadena, asegurando la los objetivos de ventas y maximizar la rentabilidad
  • Realizar análisis detallados de los planes comerciales junto a los Jefes de Marca, abordando aspectos críticos como descuentos, exhibiciones y otras estrategias
  • Administrar el presupuesto de inversión comercial asignado a la categoría en coordinación con los Jefes de Marca, para cumplir con los objetivos asignados y optimizar recursos
  • Generar oportunidades de crecimiento en coordinación con los Jefes de Marca en el desarrollo de propuestas innovadores para los clientes del canal
  • Monitorear el proceso de ingreso y registro de las órdenes de compra al sistema, asegurando la exactitud de precios y cantidades negociadas con el cliente
  • Dar seguimiento al proceso de despacho y facturación correspondiente a la compra negociada con el cliente.

  • Evaluar el rendimiento del sell out y/o sell in, así como la participación de mercado en cada categoría y cliente, implementando estrategias efectivas de crecimiento en ventas
  • Coordinar con el equipo de mercaderismo, la ejecución eficaz de actividades programadas y el avance sostenido de las ventas
  • Realizar evaluaciones estratégicas de la rentabilidad en el canal, categoría, marca y cliente, para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y optimización
  • Proporcionar información relevante al equipo comercial respecto a las categorías o marcas, contribuyendo al desenvolvimiento frente a los clientes
  • Identificar y proponer oportunidades de negocio e inversión a nivel categoría y/o marca para los clientes a cargo, implementando estrategias comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento de ventas
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos detallados que resuman las actividades realizadas en los puntos de venta, enfatizando el nivel de cobertura de las acciones de exhibición y otros.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento del nivel de servicio por encima del 90%, con un enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente y la calidad del servicio
  • Realizar la evaluación y gestión de la disponibilidad del producto en góndola (OSA) y participación de góndola (SOS).

  • Hacer seguimiento a las facturas emitidas por los clientes
  • Otras funciones asignadas por su jefe inmediato.
