En el Perú, contamos con marcas como MOLITALIA, COSTA, AMBROSOLI, FANNY, 3 OSITOS, MIMASKOT, entre otras, que compiten con gran éxito en las categorías de pastas, harinas, galletas, barras de cereal, chocolates, caramelos, conservas, mermeladas, avenas y alimento para mascotas, principalmente.
Molitalia S.A. se encuentra actualmente en busca de un KAM - Mascotas para realizar las siguientes funciones:
Diseñar la estrategia de go to market para el territorio asignado, de acuerdo a la estrategia marco de la compañía.
Analizar el estado de cumplimiento de las metas de ventas de los jefes zonales de la cartera de clientes a cargo, y generar estimaciones del cierre de ventas de manera semanal, en conjunto con los jefes zonales y vendedores.
Realizar el seguimiento de la evolución de participación de mercado por categoría y zona geográfica, inspeccionando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de acuerdo al plan de Marketing.
Evaluar actividades promocionales de merchandising, descuentos, condiciones de ventas y políticas de precios para los clientes de la zona asignada.
Realizar programación de venta y visitas periódicas a los clientes de la zona asignada, inspeccionar los despachos reales de producción respecto a lo solicitado y analizar las acciones de la competencia en los puntos de venta.
Gestionar al equipo asignado: seleccionar, dar retroalimentación constante y buscar el desarrollo de los miembros de sus equipos.
Nuestro Candidato Ideal:
Egresados de las carreras de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing o afines.
Contar como mínimo con 3 años liderando equipos comerciales.
Contar con conocimientos en técnicas de ventas, merchandising, análisis de la competencia, gestión de indicadores comerciales, negociación comercial.
Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
