Buscamos un talento para el puesto de
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Tus Retos

  • Comercializar todos los productos de la empresa a los clientes asignados a su portafolio, brindando asesoramiento y consultoría; con el fin de conseguir los objetivos comerciales, venta nueva y expansiones de la cartera de clientes.

  • Realizar prospecciones de mercado y seguimiento de clientes de mantener informado a la Jefatura de Ventas periódicamente.

  • Elaborar presupuestos para la consecución de pedidos y realizar demostraciones de productos y servicios, así como asesoría técnicamente de los mismos.

  • Proponer a la compañía la elaboración de productos a medida que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente gran cuenta.

  • Gestionar la cartera de clientes, realizando visitas comerciales y manteniendo la información sobre nuevos productos para conseguir consolidar y aumentar el volumen de ventas en cartera.

  • Conseguir nuevos clientes a través de envíos información, llamadas telefónicas, visitas y envío de cartas comerciales.

  • Formar a los clientes en los nuevos productos y sobre las variaciones en a aplicaciones existentes para conseguir la fidelización de los mismos.

  • Vela por los recursos que la compañía pone a su disposición equipos y materiales procurando la optimización de las visitas para conseguir una mejora de la relación kilómetros/número de clientes visitados
  • Gestionar y controlar de manera continua los proyectos y servicios que presta a los clientes, conociendo el status de cada proyecto/servicio en cada momento, siendo responsable de velar por el cumplimiento de márgenes y facturación.

  • Colaborar con el tratamiento eficaz de las reclamaciones de los clientes.

Tus Skills

  • Estudiante o egresado de Marketing, Administración, o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ventas tecnología
  • Ingles Intermedio (Deseable)
