Key Account Manager Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Confidential


Job description

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Key Account Manager, para una importante compañía de venta online de productos tecnológicos.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Responsable del desarrollo y mantenimiento de los canales minoristas en el mercado peruano (si es necesario, también deberá cubrir los mercados de Colombia y Argentina);
  • Formular estrategias de ventas por canal, estrategias de producto, e integrar recursos internos y externos para desarrollar clientes clave del canal retail;
  • Recopilar regularmente información del mercado de canales minoristas y colaborar con el departamento de producto de la empresa para introducir a tiempo productos que respondan a las necesidades del canal retail;
  • Integrar los recursos de marketing internos de la empresa para ayudar a los clientes retail a mejorar la exhibición de productos y aumentar las ventas;
  • Participar en el desarrollo y la operación de los canales retail a lo largo de todo el proceso, incluyendo pero no limitado a: selección de productos, precios, previsión de ventas, promociones y actividades comerciales;
  • Gestionar y colaborar con otros empleados para alcanzar los objetivos de ingreso a tiendas y metas de ventas del canal retail.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario o superior, capacidad para adaptarse a métodos de trabajo interculturales y en diferentes zonas horarias; dominio del español e
    inglés
    como lenguas de trabajo;
  • Se valorará experiencia en ventas internacionales en industrias como electrónica de consumo, tecnología 3C y productos de informática;
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas de canales en Perú y al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de canales retail en Perú;
  • Conocimiento profundo del funcionamiento de los canales retail en Perú, con experiencia exitosa en canales líderes como Coolbox, Falabella, Plazavea, Hiraoka, Ripley, etc;
  • Familiaridad con los procesos de comercio exterior y la elaboración de documentación relacionada.
