El rol:

El objetivo de este rol es gestionar de manera proactiva y 360° una cartera de clientes asignada, asegurando el cumplimiento de los KPIs de negocio y el crecimiento sostenido.

Deberás:

  • Administrar el relacionamiento con la cartera asignada, identificando y priorizando clientes clave, monitoreando su salud y anticipando sus necesidades para maximizar el volumen de negocio y la venta cruzada.

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias y campañas de retención, blindaje y crecimiento.

    Mantener un contacto constante y omnicanal con los clientes para fomentar su fidelización y reducir la deserción.

  • Analizar métricas de negocio y datos de la cartera para detectar nuevas oportunidades de venta y alertar sobre posibles riesgos o pains.

    Participar activamente en mesas de trabajo de co-creación para desarrollar soluciones.

  • Comprender a profundidad el clúster de clientes, sus actores, tendencias y la competencia.

    Utilizar esta información para informar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y estrategias.

  • Brindar atención diaria, personalizada y oportuna a los clientes gerenciados, resolviendo incidentes y comunicando de manera efectiva cambios o nuevas herramientas de la compañía.

  • Analizar y reportar métricas de desempeño mensuales.

    Asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de seguridad de la información, participando en capacitaciones y reportando incidentes.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería o carreras afines.

  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión y relacionamiento de carteras de clientes, con preferencia en el sector de banca y fintech, y experiencia en el manejo de clientes Premium.

  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio.

  • Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio (Deseable).
