Bachiller en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.
Postgrado en Marketing y MBA Deseable.
Experiencia de 3 años de experiencia en el área comercial, involucrado directamente con ventas a Distribuidores, Concesionarios y/o Minoristas adquiridos preferentemente en el segmento de Lubricantes, Automotriz, Agronegocios, Construcción o Industrias de Bienes de Consumo (Indispensable).
Experiencia trabajando en el rubro de lubricantes: Ejemplo de empresas: Total, Shell, Copec/Mobil, Valvoline, Vistony, Castrol, Chevron, Amalie, Mannol, Federal, Cam2.

Deseable conocimiento en B2B.
Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
Sueldo: S/ beneficios adicionales (variable, seguro, alimentación, movilidad).
Tus funciones clave serán:
Asistir al Distribuidor y Concesionarios en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocios en el territorio designado.
Monitorear los KPIs descritos en el Plan de Negocios y determinados por la gestión (volumen de compras y ventas, precio, margen, días de inventario, apertura de nuevos clientes y reactivación de clientes antiguos, pronóstico de demanda, etc.).
Brindar capacitación técnica y orientación comercial al equipo del Distribuidor y Concesionarios y a los clientes principales.
Apoyar al Distribuidor y Concesionarios en la mejora y crecimiento de sus ventas en su territorio designado, aumentando la participación en el mercado en las categorías de reventa y consumidor final, con el objetivo de incrementar la participación de mercado de PETRONAS en el territorio designado.
Apoyar al Distribuidor y Concesionarios en las negociaciones con sus clientes principales.
Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocios para PETRONAS, el Distribuidor y Concesionarios.
