Join our Sales team as a Key Account Executive.
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail clients, ensuring that our products maintain strong visibility, placement and availability in-store.
The Key Account Executive will be responsible for achieving sales budget, planning and executing Commercial Calendar Strategies including promotions and sales plan to boost Kellanova presence and market share.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Account Management: Managing their accounts and fostering strong relationship to maximize Kellanova product visibility and sales opportunities
- Sales and Revenew Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales BGT, FCST and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Business Development: Collaborate with MFT Areas (Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations) to implement and track promotions and other key initiatives to drive sales.
Propose new products and taylor-made strategies.
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues day-by-day, ensuring a high level of customer engagement maintaining long-term relationships.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, market trends and customer feedback generating reports to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- In-store Execution: Work with Sales Operations Team to optimize product display across all our categories, shelf placement and stock levels ensuring alignment with Kellanova and Client standards.
- MFT Collaboration: Ensure seamless account management and execution deliver full pipe line and assortment coordinate with supply chain and logistics functional areas
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor´s degree in Commercial and/or administrative field.
- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Similar Roles in the FMCG Industry with a strong track record of driving RGM.
- English Intermediate
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
