Your main job will be to help us grow by coming up with and carrying out plans to grow ride-hailing business working closely with our strategic partners.

Operational & Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow the ride-hailing business, covering both business and operational aspects through a hypothesis-driven and structured approach.
- Translate high-level targets into actionable operational plans and tasks, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with the company's objectives.
- Execute key operational initiatives such as driver acquisition and process optimization.
- Decompose complex goals into practical, measurable steps to guide cross-functional execution.
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, drive account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, resolve concerns, and propose tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
Project & Team Management
- Lead project management initiatives to ensure transparent reporting, progress tracking, and timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional client experience.
- Foster teamwork and continuous improvement across departments, strengthening collaboration and partner relationships.
You might be a fit if you:
- Have a good command of MS Office and Google Apps
- Are a fluent English and Spanish speaker
- 3 - 4 years of experience
