Somos una empresa con más de 60 años en el Perú, parte de un sólido grupo empresarial orientado a la fabricación y comercialización de alimentos de consumo masivo, presente en gran parte de Latinoamérica y con un crecimiento sostenido a través de los años.

En el Perú, contamos con marcas como MOLITALIA, COSTA, AMBROSOLI, FANNY, 3 OSITOS, MIMASKOT, TODINNO, entre otras, que compiten con gran éxito en las categorías de pastas, harinas, galletas, barras de cereal, chocolates, caramelos, conservas, mermeladas, avenas y alimento para mascotas, principalmente.

Molitalia se encuentra actualmente en busca de un Jefe de Ventas Lima y Provincias - Mascotas para realizar las siguientes funciones:

Responsabilidades

  • Dirigir y controlar la ejecución de la estrategia de go to market para el territorio asignado, de acuerdo a la estrategia marco de la compañía.

  • Controlar el estado de cumplimiento de las metas de ventas de los jefes zonales de la cartera de clientes a cargo, y generar estimaciones del cierre de ventas de manera semanal, en conjunto con los jefes zonales y vendedores.

  • Controlar la evolución de participación de mercado por categoría y zona geográfica, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de acuerdo al plan de marketing.

  • Dirigir y controlar la implementación de actividades promocionales y de merchandising, descuentos, condiciones de ventas y políticas de precios para los clientes de la zona asignada.

  • Dirigir y controlar el plan de visitas a los clientes con el fin de levantar información relevante respecto de distribución numérica, mix de productos, participación dentro del punto de venta, exhibición y nivel de servicio.

  • Dirigir y controlar la ejecución de las estrategias de marcas, categorías y acciones de Trade Mkt, dando inputs que sirvan de retroalimentación en tiempo y forma.

  • Dirigir y controlar el desempeño y desarrollo del equipo asignado.

Requisitos

  • Egresado de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Marketing o afines.

  • Contar con tres años de experiencia liderando equipos comerciales en empresas de consumo masivo.

  • Contar con conocimientos en conceptualización estratégica y gestión de go to market, gestión de P&L de canal, territorio y ruta.

    Asimismo, gestión de indicadores comerciales y negociación comercial.
