Job description

Nuestro cliente, empresa líder en el sector de viajes corporativos, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Jefe de Operaciones Call Center B2B, responsable de liderar la gestión integral del área y de asegurar una experiencia de atención excepcional para sus clientes.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar, motivar y desarrollar a un equipo de 40-45 personas, promoviendo una cultura de excelencia en el servicio y alto desempeño.

  • Diseñar, implementar y monitorear KPIs operativos y de servicio, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas en productividad, calidad, tiempos de respuesta, conversión y satisfacción del cliente.

  • Analizar resultados e impulsar planes de mejora continua, optimizando procesos, herramientas y metodologías de trabajo.

  • Gestionar incidencias y resolver conflictos de forma efectiva, manteniendo un clima laboral positivo.

  • Elaborar reportes de gestión y planes de acción estratégicos, brindando soporte directo a la Gerencia Comercial para la toma decisiones

Perfil profesional:

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia liderando equipos en call centers o áreas de servicio al cliente.

  • Deseable experiencia en el sector turismo o viajes corporativos.

  • Experiencia liderando equipos, con excelente comunicación y capacidad para inspirar y coordinar objetivos comunes.

  • Manejo en indicadores: creación, implementación, interpretación y presentación de resultados.

  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis: Excel avanzado, Power BI, SQL u otras plataformas de gestión de datos.

  • Orientación al cliente y alta capacidad de resolución de problemas.

  • Conocimiento en presupuestos y control operativo.
