Overview

Nuestro cliente, importante empresa de seguridad integral requiere incorporar a su equipo un profesional calificado para el puesto de Jefe de Atracción y Selección.

Propósito del Puesto

Garantizar la disponibilidad y calidad del talento humano requerido por la empresa, mediante estrategias de atracción, evaluación y selección que aseguren la contratación de personal operativo, técnico y administrativo confiable, competente y alineado con la normativa de seguridad privada y la cultura organizacional.

Funciones Principales

  • Planificar, dirigir y controlar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo (agentes, supervisores) y técnico-administrativo (especialistas en seguridad electrónica, staff de apoyo).

  • Definir y actualizar perfiles de puesto en coordinación con las áreas usuarias y Operaciones.

  • Diseñar estrategias de atracción de talento masivo y especializado (ferias laborales, convenios con centros de formación en seguridad, plataformas digitales).

  • Aplicar y supervisar evaluaciones psicométricas, técnicas, de confianza y validaciones de antecedentes judiciales, penales y policiales.

  • Establecer y dar seguimiento a indicadores de selección: tiempo de cobertura, índice de rotación temprana, costo por contratación y calidad de ingreso.

  • Liderar al equipo de reclutadores y analistas de selección, asegurando productividad y cumplimiento de plazos.

  • Implementar sistemas de gestión del talento (ATS) y bases de datos actualizadas.

  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la Ley de Seguridad Privada, normativa laboral y disposiciones de SUCAMEC.

Requisitos

  • Egresado(a) de Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología Organizacional, Administración o afines.

  • Especialización en Gestión del Talento, Selección Masiva o Recursos Humanos.

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando reclutamiento en empresas de seguridad privada o servicios tercerizados de gran dotación.

  • Disponibilidad para cumplir con horario de Trabajo: De lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. y sábados de 8:00 a.m. a 12:00 m.
