Job description

REQUISITOS

• Profesional universitario de carreras como: Administración, Marketing, Negocios

• Provenir, deseablemente, de empresas como: Inmobiliarias o segmentos de menor valor de ticket promedio.

• Tener, obligatoriamente, no menos de 4 años de experiencia en empresas con planta de producción.

• Experiencia en dirección comercial, preferiblemente en inmobiliarias o sectores de venta de ticket bajo.

• Conocimiento en marketing digital, comunicación y estrategias de captación de leads.

• Experiencia formando equipos de ventas.

• Experiencia realizando trabajo de campo

• Disponibilidad para hacer supervisión dominical



FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

• Diseñar y ejecutar el plan comercial alineado al marketing, comunicación y propósito social de Woodcote.

• Coordinar estrategias de captación, pricing, promociones y campañas hasta optimizar resultados.

• Analizar mercado y competencia para definir nuevas lotizaciones y zonas de expansión.

• Coordinar con agencias externas y analista digital para la ejecución de campañas.

• Evaluar resultados y proponer mejoras en medios digitales y tradicionales.

• Garantizar coherencia entre mensajes, creatividades y estrategia comercial.

• Organizar campañas, ferias y activaciones comerciales.

• Liderar al equipo de ventas, asignando metas y monitoreando resultados.

• Supervisar todo el proceso de venta, desde la prospección hasta la postventa.

• Reportar indicadores de ventas y desempeño al directorio.

• Gestionar el pago de comisiones y bonos.

• Capacitar al equipo en técnicas de venta, cierre y seguimiento.

• Asegurar el uso eficiente del CRM y el control de leads.

• Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y metodologías comerciales.

• Estandarizar y digitalizar procesos mediante herramientas tecnológicas e IA.

• Analizar ratios de conversión y diseñar acciones para optimizar cierres y recuperaciones.

• Asistir los domingos a la sala de ventas en proyectos

• Evaluar la atención y procesos de cierre, proponiendo mejoras inmediatas.

• Presentar reporte dominical de hallazgos y oportunidades.
