Job description

El Inside Sales es responsable de brindar apoyo en tareas operativas y de gestión comercial trabajando de la mano con el Product Sales Manager a fin de alcanzar las cuotas de las marcas y/o unidades asignadas.

  • Apoyar las líneas de producto asignadas haciendo todas las cotizaciones solicitadas por los canales en los negocios definidos.

  • Actualizar las cotizaciones solicitadas.

  • Enviar y mantener actualizadas listas de precios en las líneas de producto que el Product Sales Manager estime conveniente.

  • Enviar un informe semanal al Product Sales Manager de las cotizaciones generadas o actualizadas a los canales en las líneas asignadas (Seguimiento de oportunidades)
  • Promover reuniones entre sus canales y el Product Sales Manager para efectos de avance y proyección comercial en las cuentas.

  • Mantener una comunicación telefónica constante con los partners.

  • Colaborar en los Planes de Negocio de los fabricantes asignados en conjunto con el PSM.

  • Dar seguimiento al status de crédito de los canales
  • Manejar y cotizar las renovaciones
  • Entrenar a los parners en como enviar las órdenes de Compra - Datos End User , Partner ID etc..

  • Revisar, procesar y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de compra.

  • Nota: La posición puede realizar otros proyectos o tareas diversas según lo solicitado o asignado.

PERFIL DEL PUESTO

Educación

  • Graduado o universitario en curso de Comercialización, Marketing, sistemas o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • No requiere experiencia laboral previa, de preferencia conocer el sector.

Conocimientos

  • Informática Microsoft Office – Nivel Avanzado (Excluyente)
  • ERP's preferentemente

Idiomas

  • Inglés – Nivel Intermedio (Preferentemente)
