RESUMEN DEL PUESTO

+ Basado en el campo: El puesto será un jugador-entrenador para los Técnicos de Campo de NCR Voyix o Técnicos de terceros; El soporte incluirá la identificación de problemas, responder llamadas telefónicas de soporte entrantes de técnicos de campo, análisis, diagnóstico y resolución; Presenta y obtiene acuerdo para el aislamiento del problema, creación de soluciones y planes de implementación, tanto en soporte presencial como remoto a los Técnicos de Campo.

Se requerirá ejecutar Solicitudes de Servicio ya sea para la resolución de problemas o en momentos de alta demanda.


Responsabilidades:

+ Responsabilidad de Capacitación/Mentoría en el Campo: Desarrollar y entregar capacitación/mentoría a técnicos según sea necesario y acordado con su gerente y Soporte Técnico Global.



+ Utilizar Sistemas de Conocimiento proporcionados por NCR Voyix según corresponda para encontrar soluciones a problemas conocidos; Responsable de asegurar que las soluciones proporcionadas sean exitosas.



+ Cuando no se pueda identificar una solución conocida, responsable de la escalación de problemas al Soporte Técnico Global; El puesto retiene la propiedad de todos los problemas/escalaciones hasta su resolución, excepto cuando esta responsabilidad ha sido asumida por el Soporte Técnico Global y es responsable de asegurar que la Gerencia de NCR Voyix esté informada si la resolución de un problema tomará más tiempo del requerido por los acuerdos contractuales.



+ Con la amplia gama de fuentes, el puesto puede implicar soporte para múltiples líneas de productos en diferentes industrias, incluyendo Retail y Restaurantes.



+ El puesto puede implicar ser el líder técnico para instalaciones presenciales, actualizaciones u otros proyectos de despliegue, involucrando a NCR Voyix o contratistas de terceros.



+ Informes y análisis de KPIs clave según lo definido por su gerente.

Calificaciones:

+ Experiencia en NCR Voyix o empresa similar en un rol de Entrega de Servicios de Campo.

+ Debe tener licencia para operar un vehículo motorizado en su jurisdicción y aceptar la revisión periódica y controlada de datos telemáticos (GPS) para el análisis de riesgos del comportamiento de conducción mientras realiza negocios de la empresa en un vehículo proporcionado por la empresa (según corresponda).
