Job description

Puntilla is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team.

This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture.

Duties


As a Human Resources Intern, you will:

  • Support the migration of employee data and implementation of the new Talent Management System.

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and quality control of HR information.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.

  • Collaborate in recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Contribute to internal communication efforts and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Research and suggest process improvements to strengthen HR operations.
