Duties
As a Human Resources Intern, you will:
- Support the migration of employee data and implementation of the new Talent Management System.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and quality control of HR information.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.
- Collaborate in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts and employee engagement initiatives.
- Research and suggest process improvements to strengthen HR operations.
