Human Resources Business Partner Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Confidential


Job description

Empresa líder en el sector está en búsqueda de un/a HR Business Partner que tenga disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de régimen.

Funciones

  • Supervisar la gestión de personal en el centro, incluidas las nóminas, las relaciones laborales y el bienestar social.

  • Asesorar a los líderes sobre la gestión del talento, el entorno laboral y las mejores prácticas de RR.HH.

  • Garantizar un entorno de trabajo positivo en consonancia con las normas de la empresa.

  • Proporcionar formación y entrenamiento a los líderes de primera línea y a los empleados clave para mejorar la gestión de equipos y las habilidades de liderazgo.

  • Identificar riesgos potenciales en el lugar de trabajo y desarrollar planes de acción proactivos.

  • Diseñar y aplicar un Plan de Bienestar Anual para los empleados de la planta.

  • Facilitar una comunicación eficaz entre los empleados, los jefes de proyecto y los RR.HH.

  • Experiencia en operaciones en emplazamientos remotos y gestión de personal en condiciones de aislamiento.
