Help Desk Technician
to join our team in Peru and provide crucial support to our clients and professionals across the Americas.

In this role you will assist first-line technical support for IT-related issues, helping users with software and hardware problems in the Americas Region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for career growth, where you'll collaborate with colleagues from all over the world and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Attend IT tickets requests for users in the company.

  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and resolve issues.

  • Monitor technical cases in our system, ensuring they're handled efficiently.

  • Collaborate with more senior IT staff and a diverse team in Peru and abroad.

What We're Looking For

  • A technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or student in the last semesters in a bachelor's degree.

  • Experience as an intern or support assistant related to Help Desk Operator or IT Support roles no major than 2-3 years.

  • Conversational English skills (both written and verbal) are essential for this role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is a must have.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

  • A plus to have is IT Essentials and CompTIA A+ but not required.
