Descripción del puesto
: Como Soporte Help Desk en TIC-TECHNOLOGIES, serás responsable de las atenciones de TI que brindamos hacia todos nuestros clientes.

Sus tareas diarias incluirán el brindar un soporte de calidad y un buen servicio, el puesto es presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Lima Norte.

Responsabilidades:


• Atender requerimientos e incidencias de usuarios vía teléfonica, correo o sistema de tickets.


• Diagnosticar y resolver problemas relacionados con hardware, software, redes y periféricos.


• Brindar soporte básico en el uso de SAP B1 (usuarios, accesos, incidencias comunes).


• Brindar soporte funcional y técnico básico en herramientas de Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).


• Escalar casos complejos al segundo nivel o al área correspondiente.


• Apoyar en la instalación y configuración de equipos y aplicaciones.


• Elaborar y entregar reportes mensuales de atenciones realizadas, organizadas por cliente y tipo de incidencia.

Requisitos:


• Estudios técnicos o universitarios de las carreras de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Computación o carreras afines de preferencia de los ultimos ciclos i Bachiller..


• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Soporte técnico o Help Desk.

• Conocimientos básicos ERP SAP B1 u otros (deseable).


• Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de Microsoft 365.


• Manejo de sistemas operativos Windows11, Windows Server, Active Directory y herramientas de oficce.


• Conocimiento de herramientas de Office365.


• Conocimiento Basico de reparación de computadoras,


• Capacidad para trabajar con herramientas de gestión de tickets y generación de reportes.


• Buena redacción y habilidades de comunicación.
