  • Atender solicitudes de usuarios vía teléfono, correo, y portal web.

  • Registrar, categorizar y priorizar incidentes y requerimientos en la herramienta de Service Desk.

  • Ejecutar soporte remoto a estaciones de trabajo, aplicaciones de negocio y servicios básicos.

  • Realizar diagnósticos iniciales y aplicar soluciones documentadas en la base de conocimiento.

  • Escalar los casos que no puedan ser resueltos al nivel 2 o grupos especializados, asegurando seguimiento hasta el cierre.

  • Documentar soluciones y mantener actualizada la base de conocimientos.

  • Monitorear la satisfacción del usuario y aplicar encuestas post-servicio.
