RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Único punto de contacto con el usuario.
  • Atención y registro de solicitudes de atención (incidencias, requerimientos).
  • Atención de consultas por solicitudes de atención existentes.
  • Toma de control remoto de las estaciones de usuarios.
  • Clasificación de llamadas.
  • Asignación y Escalamiento de llamadas.
  • Seguimiento de tickets (end to end).
  • Diagnóstico y solución de incidencias.
  • Documentación y cierre de las incidencias y requerimientos.
  • Input para la activación del procedimiento de gestión de incidentes masivos.
  • Gestión de los tickets ingresados vía SelfService que no cuenten con reglas de derivación automática.
  • Documentación de checklist para la atención de incidentes y/o requerimientos.
  • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Egresado de carrera técnica o superior (carrera a fin a Sistemas de la Información).
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 meses como analista de mesa de ayuda.
  • Conocimiento básico de MS Office 2016 o posterior.
  • Deseable Curso de atención telefónica de al menos 10 horas (50% práctico).
  • Deseable Cursos de atención al cliente de al menos 10 horas (50% práctico).
  • Deseable Curso de redacción y ortografía de al menos 20 horas.
  • Experiencia comprobada no menor de 1 año en cargos de soporte de primer nivel de mesa de ayuda.
  • Conocimiento de ITIL Foundation.
