Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized
Recruiter with experience in Homecare or Healthcare
to manage the
full recruitment cycle
for our caregiver, nursing, and administrative roles.
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while also supporting caregiver retention initiatives.
This role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage
full-cycle recruitment
: job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings and pre-qualification checks, ensuring candidates meet licensing, vaccination, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and confirm interviews, minimizing no-shows through proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
• Provide a
positive candidate experience
and clear communication throughout the process.
• Conduct background checks and reference calls as required.
• Partner with HR and training teams to ensure smooth
onboarding and orientation
for new hires.
• Support
caregiver retention
by making follow-up calls, gathering feedback, and reporting potential concerns.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
•
2+ years of recruiting experience
, preferably in
Homecare, Healthcare, or related industries
.
• Proven experience managing
end-to-end recruitment processes
.
• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish a must).
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with job boards, ATS platforms, and productivity tools (MS Office, CRM, databases).
• Knowledge of compliance and credentialing processes within healthcare recruitment is a plus.
