What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing regional sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize sales forecasting, budgeting, and market execution.
- Build strong relationships and lead negotiations with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate across departments to solve supply chain challenges and ensure 100% order fulfillment.
- Analyze and act on insights from EPOS, Essbase, Nielsen, ROI reports, and customer data.
- Oversee the strategic use of ATI/MAP marketing funds to drive measurable ROI.
- Spearhead new business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Guide product range decisions, trade show strategy, and promotional campaigns.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead and support scalable growth projects and cross-functional initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in the FMCG or consumer products space.
- A track record of driving revenue growth, team development, and market success.
- Proficiency with tools like Essbase, EPOS, Nielsen, and CRM platforms.
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing budget management and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Willingness to travel for trade events, client visits, and industry engagements.
- A proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset.
