About the opportunity:
We are looking for a
Lead of RH
in Peru with strong analytical skills and experience in growth through data-driven strategies.
This position involves monitoring KPIs at both national and city level, including competitive analysis, while providing strategic leadership in key cross-functional initiatives such as tariff launches, new schemes, bonuses, and partnerships.
You will also coordinate business rhythm actions and take responsibility for budgeting and KPI planning in close collaboration with management.
What you will do:
- Monitoring Ride Hailing KPIs from both sides of the marketplace (national and city level, including competitive monitoring);
- Strategic leadership project management;
- Project leadership of key Ride Hailing cross functional projects (new Tariff launches, new Schemes, Bonuses, new Partnerships etc.);
- Development of a country network;
- Daily PMO of a business rhythm actions (cross functional local calendars, including events coordination);
- Responsible for budgeting in his region with help of Manager;
- Supports Manager in Business KPIs planning;
- Competent effective communication with Stakeholders from various departments, Users and representatives from different countries;
- Partner with critical functional areas (Product, Marketing, BD, Policy, Ops, Legal, Tax, etc.) as needed, to drive business objectives;
- Product feedback;
- Convince, align and monitor central features roll out;
- Ability to estimate risks from GR / legal perspective and execute action items and work with GR/Legal to plan mitigation strategy;
- Team management;
What we expect from you:
- 5 years of relevant work experience (Ride Hailing/Delivery Business Preferred, management consulting,operations, etc).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or similar background.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and impact.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements.
- Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
- 5 years of relevant work experience (Ride Hailing/Delivery Business Preferred, management consulting,operations, etc).
