In this player-coach role, you will work to drive and execute the company's product strategy in alignment with its vision.

This involves working closely with executive leadership, design, engineering, partnership, and marketing teams to drive cohesive strategy and goals across Genies products.

As part of this role, you will directly manage the product and design organizations, guiding individuals in their professional development.What You'll Be DoingDefine and drive the product strategy across the company's core platform, tools, and experiences, aligned with business and user goals.Own and prioritize the broader product roadmap, balancing innovation, scalability, and technical feasibility.
