Role Mission:

Innova Schools is looking for a
visionary and action-oriented leader at the intersection of education and innovation
, with the skills and passion to lead the design, development, and

implementation of transformative learning and teaching initiatives across the network.

Working across countries and teams, you'llshape the next decade of K-12 educationin Latin America.

In detail, you'll:

  • Own Innova's Educational Model:
    Serve as the guardian of Innova's Educational Model, ensuring the high-quality design and continuous evolution of its key components (including curriculum, learning experiences, and teachers and school leaders'development) to drive excellence in teaching and learning groundedon research evidence,Innova's accumulated experience, and the latest advances in education.

  • Lead innovation strategy in education:
    Set the innovation agenda and drive the design and development of initiatives to continuously evolve Innova's Educational Model to secure a world-class experience for students, teachers, and school communities.

  • Pilot new models:
    Turn insights into high-impact experiments and initiatives, workingclosely with countryeducation teams and schools to design pilots,gather feedback, and refi
  • Own Innova's Educational Model:
    Serve as the guardian of Innova's Educational Model, ensuring the high-quality design and continuous evolution of its key components (including curriculum, learning experiences, and teachers and school leaders'development) to drive excellence in teaching and learning groundedon research evidence,Innova's accumulated experience, and the latest advances in education.

  • Lead innovation strategy in education:
    Set the innovation agenda and drive the design and development of initiatives to continuously evolve Innova's Educational Model to secure a world-class experience for students, teachers, and school communities.

  • Pilot new models:
    Turn insights into high-impact experiments and initiatives, working closely with countryeducation teams and schools to design pilots,gather feedback, and refine initiatives through iterative cycles of testing and learning.

  • Bridge innovation and implementation:
    Actively collaborate with country teams to ensure innovations have clear, actionable implementation plans that reflect each country's unique context, operational realities, and capabilities.

  • Articulate strategic initiatives:
    Work across departments—including data, technology, school management, and assessment—to ensure coherence and alignment across strategic long-term educational initiatives, such as 'Personalized Learning'.

  • Systematize and scale strategies:
    Develop playbooks, toolkits, and guidelines to drive consistent, strategy-aligned implementation and measurable impact of education strategies across countries.

  • Define learning platforms:
    Establish the learning platforms to be used across the network, ensuringthey serve as effective enablersof Innova's model.

  • Benchmark globally:
    Stay at the forefront of global trends in education, AI and technology; adapt best-in-class practices to Innova'scontext; and partnerwith global expertsto enrich Innova's model.

Your experience:

  • At least 10 years of proven experience leading projects at the intersection of education and innovation, ideallywithin a schoolsystem, Ed Tech company, or innovation studio.

  • Demonstrated track record designing and implementing innovative learning models at scale (e.g., personalized learning, SEL programs,curriculum reform, project-based learning).

  • Strong understanding of the education sector and what it takes to transform an existing one.

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.

  • Bonus: experience working in the Global South.

This position reports to the LatAm Vice President of Education and will lead and oversee a team.

Ideally it is based in Lima, Peru, and requiresregional travel across our school network in Peru, Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador.
