Role Objective
Optimize and automate YaVendió's PLG funnel — from signup to paid conversion — while executing follow-up and direct contact tasks with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and AI tools.
Your mission is to allow Account Executives to focus solely on closing major opportunities while you ensure the system runs with precision and scale.
Main Responsibilities
1.
PLG Funnel Automation
Design and maintain lead nurturing and qualification automations (HubSpot, Zapier, N8N, WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta, etc.).
Implement AI calling and messaging flows to boost PQL conversion.
Build dashboards to track signup, activation, conversion, and retention rates.
2.
Data, Analytics & Optimization
Analyze key funnel metrics (free→paid, signups, PQLs, sales).
Run A/B experiments on pages, messages, or flows to improve activation.
Connect data between HubSpot, Stripe, Meta Ads, and GA4 for full visibility.
3.
Direct Contact with Leads & Clients
Use AI tools to prepare calls, record feedback, and share insights with the Growth team.
Create AI Agents for personalized calls and follow-ups with leads who registered or shared their information.
Identify sales or activation opportunities, qualify leads, and book meetings for AEs.
4.
Go-To-Market Support
Assist in creating landing pages, forms, and microsites with the marketing team.
Participate in the technical implementation of campaigns and lead-generation experiments.
Serve as the technical-commercial bridge between Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
Ideal Profile
Experience: +5years in automation, growth, sales operations, or digital sales (ideally in SaaS startups, digital marketing, or growth).
Languages: Portuguese + fluent Spanish
Technical Skills:
HubSpot (workflows, dashboards, CRM).
Zapier / Make / n8n (automation).
Basic understanding of APIs, Webhooks, or no-code integrations.
(Plus) Experience with GA4, Meta Ads, or AI tools (ChatGPT, Twilio, WhatsApp Cloud API).
