RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Coordinar y gestionar todo el ciclo de vida de los cambios (solicitud, evaluación, aprobación, implementación y cierre).
  • Evaluar y aprobar Solicitudes de Cambio (RFC) considerando impacto, urgencia y riesgo.
  • Asegurar que los cambios se realicen de manera planificada, probada y documentada.
  • Mantener actualizados los procesos y procedimientos de gestión de cambios, en línea con las políticas internas y normativas externas.
  • Coordinar con equipos técnicos, de negocio y mesa de ayuda para establecer ventanas de mantenimiento y minimizar interrupciones.
  • Hacer seguimiento de los cambios implementados y elaborar reportes de resultados y lecciones aprendidas.
  • Garantizar la trazabilidad y documentación adecuada de todos los cambios realizados
  • Monitorizar continuamente la infraestructura de TI para identificar eventos y posibles incidencias.
  • Clasificar, priorizar y asignar eventos a los equipos correspondientes para su resolución.
  • Implementar y mantener procesos de gestión de eventos para asegurar una respuesta rápida y eficaz.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de gestión de incidencias para escalonar eventos críticos y garantizar una pronta resolución.
  • Analizar eventos recurrentes y trabajar en la implementación de soluciones a largo plazo para prevenir futuras incidencias.
  • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
  • Certificación en ITIL v4
  • Experiencia en gestión de cambios dentro de servicios de TI o mesa de ayuda.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de infraestructura de TI, redes y aplicaciones.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets y cambios (ej.

    ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management u otros).
  • Deseable: conocimientos de normas de seguridad de la información (ISO 27001) y continuidad de negocio.
  • Conocimientos de bases de datos y análisis de datos.
  • Comunicación efectiva: Capacidad para explicar cambios técnicos a audiencias no técnicas y mantener informados a los equipos.
  • Organización y planificación: Manejo eficiente de cronogramas, prioridades y ventanas de mantenimiento.
  • Orientación a resultados: Capacidad para cumplir objetivos garantizando calidad y continuidad del servicio.
  • Liderazgo colaborativo: Facilitar la coordinación entre áreas técnicas y de negocio.
  • Gestión de riesgos y toma de decisiones: Evaluar escenarios, prever impactos y decidir en tiempos adecuados.
  • Resolución de conflictos: Manejar discrepancias entre equipos o prioridades de negocio.
  • Pensamiento analítico: Capacidad de identificar riesgos, causas y efectos de cada cambio.
