Funciones

  • Administrar los recursos humanos, financieros y materiales asignados a la gerencia para garantizar el cumplimiento del plan anual de trabajo y los objetivos establecidos por la Alta Dirección.
  • Supervisar todas las operaciones diarias vinculadas a los servicios turísticos en tren, incluyendo la atención al cliente, la logística, la seguridad y el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Implementar sistemas de atención al cliente eficaces, tanto para servicios propios como tercerizados, que aseguren excelencia y consistencia en la experiencia del pasajero.
  • Brindar lineamientos y estrategias para optimizar las ventas a bordo, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de las metas comerciales y de rentabilidad.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de Operaciones Ferroviarias, Marketing, Ventas, CCO y Mecánica para garantizar una gestión integrada de los servicios.
  • Consolidar el presupuesto anual de la gerencia y asegurar el uso eficiente de los recursos asignados.
  • Monitorear indicadores de gestión (NPS, KPIs de servicio, ventas y clima laboral), promoviendo mejoras continuas en calidad y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del SIG-P-007 Gestión de la Alta Dirección, así como de las normas de Calidad, Medio Ambiente, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
  • Liderar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo de alto desempeño, implementando planes de capacitación y sucesión en posiciones clave.
  • Participar en las auditorías del SIG y en proyectos transversales asignados por la Gerencia General.
  • Representar a la empresa ante clientes, instituciones y proveedores, manteniendo relaciones de colaboración y excelencia en el servicio.
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas internas, protocolos de seguridad y políticas corporativas.
  • Otras funciones relacionadas al cargo que le asigne su jefe inmediato

Requirements

  • Minímo Bachiller universitario en Turismo, Administración Hotelera, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia general de al menos nueve (09) años en el sector turismo, de los cuales al menos seis (06) años en posiciones de liderazgo en atención al cliente, operaciones o gestión comercial.
  • Conocimientos en Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (SIG).
  • Conocimientos de Marketing y Ventas.
  • Manejo de indicadores de servicio (NPS, KPIs, presupuestos y control de costos).
  • Ofimática a nivel intermedio (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Idioma inglés a nivel avanzado.

Condiciones de trabajo

  • Labora en la operación ferroviaria en la sede Cusco.
  • Requiere disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes a estaciones y servicios turísticos.
  • Participa en reuniones corporativas y auditorías internas.
