Job description

Por encargo de nuestro cliente, una Fintech dedicada a préstamos personales, nos encontramos en la búsqueda del mejor talento para el puesto de Gerente de Servicio al Cliente y Underwriting.

¿Qué requisitos debo cumplir?

  • Profesional Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía, afines (preferiblemente con maestría).

  • Experiencia mínima de cinco (05) años como gerente o jefe, en atención al cliente y/o gestión de suscripción, preferiblemente en Fintech, banca o préstamos al consumo.

  • Experiencia demostrada en el cumplimiento y superación de los KPI de servicio y suscripción.

  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.

  • Experiencia en manejo de ERP Y CRM.

  • Nivel de Excel intermedio, y otras herramientas de gestión.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable).

  • Disponibilidad para laborar en modalidad presencial en San Isidro.

¿Cuáles serán mis funciones?

  • Liderar los equipos de atención al cliente y suscripción para alcanzar consistentemente los KPI relacionados con el tiempo de respuesta, la satisfacción del cliente (CSAT), el Net Promoter Score (NPS) y la precisión en la suscripción.

  • Supervisar y optimizar métricas como las tasas de aprobación, el tiempo de respuesta (TAT), la resolución al primer contacto (FCR) y el primer incumplimiento de pago (FPD).

  • Implementar paneles de rendimiento para monitorear el progreso en tiempo real e impulsar la rendición de cuentas.

  • Supervisar todas las operaciones de atención al cliente, garantizando una interacción fluida, amable y profesional en todos los canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, chat, WhatsApp).

  • Implementar mejoras en los procesos para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir el esfuerzo del cliente.

  • Desarrollar y aplicar políticas y procedimientos de suscripción para mantener la calidad de la cartera y, al mismo tiempo, permitir un crecimiento responsable.

  • Utilizar el análisis de datos para identificar riesgos de fraude, optimizar la toma de decisiones crediticias y mejorar los índices de aprobación.
