Role Overview
The prospective role would involve supporting more senior professionals within the selected professional area with day-to-day activities and initiatives.
This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience, including internships or trainee programs
in the applicable area (regulatory intelligence, patient safety or regulatory affairs).
We are looking for candidates that can develop professionally with us.
We use Spanish for most of our internal communications.
However, as we usually interact with client team members using English language, sufficient command of the English will be a requirement for taking additional responsibilities at the firm later on.
Due to this we expect potential candidates to have high-intermediate or advance level of English as second language.

About Us:
We are a small yet innovative Peruvian firm that provides comprehensive regulatory affairs solutions and complementary services for the Latin America region, with a special focus on the smaller, somehow underserved, markets.
We primarily serve the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries but have led successful projects for cosmetics and foods and supplements.
Most of the services we provide are related to marketing approvals (
registros sanitarios
) and lifecycle management activities in the region, with more than 90% of our submissions made outside of Perú.
The company also provides Regulatory Intelligence, Regulatory Consulting, Regulatory Strategy and Patient Safety services.

Candidate Profile
· High-intermediate level of English (or higher) as second language.
Advanced level English as second language would be ideal.
· Graduated Pharmacist (i.e., completed studies) or other closely related professions.
This is not a position for law professionals.
· Experience: As described above for the position.
Exceptionally, lack of experience may be replaced by formal training in the area.
· The candidate should be computer literate.
The work requires extensive use of productivity applications, SharePoint, web tools, and our internal RIMS database, among others.
· The candidate must be proactive and have the ability to adapt to changes in environment and priorities as the business requires.
We are a small business that needs to move fast and adapts to different client cultures and styles.
· The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication and the ability to interpret complex written information.
Although we do provide guided training, a significant degree of self-training from the employees is required.
Reading comprehension capabilities are critical.
