Formador(a) Call Center Job Opening In San José de los Chorrillos – Now Hiring Allmark


Job description

Somos una empresa peruana con más de 10 años de experiencia y presencia ininterrumpida en el mercado de servicios.

Actualmente, estamos en la búsqueda de un Formador de operaciones para uno de nuestros principales clientes, si cuentas con experiencia en el rubro de telecomunicaciones, postula con nosotros.

¿Qué necesitas?

  • Estudios técnicos o universitarios deseables en las carreras de administración, industrial, comunicaciones, o carreras afines.

    (No indispensable)
  • Tener mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Formador de ventas de preferencia en el sector de Telecomunicaciones.

  • Conocimiento y manejo de KPIs.
  • Manejo de Office y MS Excel a nivel intermedio.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en entorno dinámico y bajo presión.

  • Disponibilidad para laboral de manera presencial en San Isidro (Al frente de Tottus de Canaval y Moreira).

HORARIO:

Lunes a viernes de 10:00 am a 7:00 pm / Sábado 9:00 am a 3:00 pm
